Simple Words - On My Way

Sometimes you have to make the most difficult decisions in life, sometimes you'll feel like giving up, sometimes you'll fail and fail again and... maybe again. But you see, that's the beauty of being human, you are allowed to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them and take the courage to admit your wrongs. Be brave to stand for the person you are and don't be afraid to face your obstacles, they are there for a reason...and for a reason only...to make you stronger!

Good Night / Carol

There are many roads for you to choose... just remember...

Rock&Roll - "Thank you girls!"

Ladies and gentlemen! Put your headphones on (we don't what to disturb the neighbors, don't we?) ...now, turn up the volume...lean back on your chair... and press Play below! Because...here we go!

Yes, Daughtry is back! Keeping the rock rolling and breaking the spell, for sure! His two latest singles "Renegade" and "Crewling back to you" gives a positive impression of more attitude, powerful vocal techniques and strong upbeat instrumental arrangements for his upcoming album "Brake The Spell"coming out November 21st!

Daughtry came to Sweden last year, on October 7th, and they really gave an unforgettable show! Believe it or not, there are many exciting things that can happen to you when you are in front of the stage, and that night my friends... that night happened many things! And a shout out from Chris Daughtry, was not a bad thing to receive, but for what? Well that's a whole another story I may tell you some other time. ;)

But for now, I leave you with three songs, the last one is a soundtrack from my favorite superhero Batman. Enjoy!

On an interview with Ryan Seacrest, Chris Daughtry talks about the second single "Crawling back to you":

“We actually wrote the song probably three years ago and it never made the record. We were at my house, writing for this record and we went back to it and listened to it and we were like ‘Man, there is something great about this, but the chorus sucks.’ So, we scraped it and completely rewrote it. We made it more major and uplifting and it went from being a song that was going nowhere, to the first single.”

Rock&Roll - A Force That Won't Break!

Can't believe it's almost seven years since I was introduced to the amazing band, Alter Bridge!
I still remember the sudden feeling of shiver and goosebumps rushing through my spine, when I first heard the intro of their first single "Open your eyes" from their debut album One Day Remains, and not mention Myles Kennedy's powerful voice, the divine guitar play of Mark Tremonti and the amazing bass&drum beats by Brian Marshall and Scott Philips.

After all this years they still enchants me with their powerful music and amazing lyrics. Their passion and commitment for their music is tremendous and they truly are a role model for future Rock'n'Roll bands.

Although the band are pumping the breakes next year 2012, I'm looking forward to Myles further corporation with the legendary guitarist Slash, and Mark Tremontis solo project!
But, like a little girl in a candy shop, I'll wait expectantly till 2013 for their fourth studio album.
Untill then, Alter Bridge, see you in November at Wembley Arena in London!

Now ladies and gentelmen! I leave you with the track "Zero" from their special edition expended album, ABIII.5, coming out October 17th, this month!

Good Night Folks! / Carol

We are proud to announce our Facebook page 8589Pro.ductions

From the moment we got our camera Nikon D90 we started develop a passion for photography. Specially Fahion photography. So we though heey, why don't share it with other people too.
Our first photo shoot was inspired by W magazine, September cover with our lovely Kristen Stewart.
We are fully aware that there is no way we can compare to Kristen's natural beauty. We both admire and respect this gorgeous and talented actress! However we thought: "why don't we do an attempt and interpretation of this gorgeous look?"
and so we did...

If you want to see more of our work, make sure to check our Facebook site! 8589Pro.ductions

We are BACK!

Yes we are!
Not that many people read our blog ;) but for the ones out there; we are truly sorry that we have not been able to updated our blog as we intended to. To tell you the truth, it has been very difficult for us to catch up, since both of us have not been in the same time zone. But most, our advanced program at university has been the focal point throughout this period.

So much has happened since last time. To sum-up what I've been doing over this past year I have:
- Study English in New York
- Began my university in Switzerland, majoring in hotel management.
- Did my first year internship program in the Caribbean island , Saint Lucia where I worked at the famous resort called Sandals.
- Flew to LA by myself, knowing nobody, but met incredible friends for life!
- Camped out for Eclipse during my time in LA. An unforgettable experience!

Throughout this couple of years I have grown as a person. I am now more confident. Not that I wasn't before, But when you travel a lot, you start to see another you, in a positive way. Throughout this journeys my motto was, be more loose, do things that you never imagine yourself doing. This led me to the person I have become today... and I am thankful for that.

Remember...

Remember these brothers?...remember MMMBop...yes they are the Hanson brothers. It's been a while now since we heard their music play in Sweden but they are still creating music...and keeping it real, that I can assure you! I honestly have to say that I wasn't a fan or intrested of their music at the beginning of their music career, but the last few years I have come to the conclusion that these guys not onely are incredible role models as a musicians, fathers, brothers... but they also have showed us how they, against all odds, have overcome the darkest side of the music industry.

We got the chance to meet and talk to Zac, Taylor and Isaac under our first visit in Ney York and I honestly have to say that this guys have so different personalities from each other, its crazy! In a positive way though. They really know how to have fun!

"Along with the new EP and tour, Isaac, Taylor and Zac HansonZac Hanson will continue their one-mileone-mile barefoot Walks before each concert as a part of their Take The Walk campaign in continued partnership with TOMS ShoesTOMS Shoes, who the band has helped to donate thousands of shoes to children in need since 2007. Through their campaign, Hanson has encouraged individuals to take action against poverty and disease by organizing grassroots one-mile walk events in cities around the world. Since 2008 they've already completed 1 lap (24,902 miles) around the globe and are several thousand into their second, raising funds with each mile walked"*

Thinking 'Bout Something' is their first singel out in June 2010 from the upcoming album "Shout It Out".
These single represent the most soulful of their work and it seems as if the entire album will be the most upbeat record they have ever done, accordning to the brothers.

I leave you with this video shoot from the set of making of the upcoming single.
They sure know how to move ;)

"It's Time To Step Up"

Since I was a little girl I have always loved and still love to see good danceshows, specially when my sister was performing. It's just so amazing how you move as if you didn't have no bones in your body :P. Anyway as you already know I just literally can't take directions from a dance choreographer, but after my sister's persuasion and I think her belief that I must have some talent... I finally said "humm..way not".

You can then imagen...me dancing Jazz, HipHop New Style and Ohh gosh..Crumping =0 I Will never forget the halv year of dancing this styles... in my whole life, yes I looked very silly and I mean VERY silly! But I sure had the time of my life and a hundreds of good lafters with my sister and cousin...every lesson :D
With that story said and with all my heart I leave dancing to the pros. Good Night ;) / Carol

My Search For THE Book

As you may know, I still haven't found THE book, the book that's supose to accompany one through life, the book one will quote from and will recommend to your friends... or maybe your children or grandchildren. So I decided to do some search and found the auther Nickolas Sparks.

"Nicholas Charles Sparks (born December 31, 1965) is an internationally bestselling US author, writing novels with themes that include Christian faith, love, tragedy and fate. He has fifteen published novels, six of which have been turned into films, , including Message in a Bottle, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, Nights in Rodanthe, Dear John and The Last Song. Sparks also wrote the screenplay for the film adaptation of his novel The Last Song and it is expected to release March 31, 2010. Two more books are already in the process of being made into movies; True Believer is expected to be released in 2011 while The Lucky One is expected to be released in 2012." *

I Also found some trailers based on his best selling books: The Last Song, Dear John, A Walk To Remember & The Notebook. The funny thing is that one of them was and I suppost is still one of the best movies I have ever seen...which one?..you'll have to guess :P. Well anyway, my search continues... but enjoy these trailers ;) And feel free to recommend your favorite book. Good Night! / Carol

It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t how hard you hit; it’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done. Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that" - Rocky
